Greater Minnesota Housing Fund provided a $4.3 million construction loan and an $8.6 million Minnesota Equity Fund investment for rehabilitation of Clare Apartments NE. The renovation preserves 32 permanent supportive homes for people living with HIV/AIDS and upgrades apartments, common areas, nursing space, building systems, and accessibility.
