NewCorp is pleased to introduce its signature infrastructure and cultural preservation legacy project, the renovation and rededication of the A. P. Tureaud Statue and Civil Rights Memorial Park. The site marks the gateway to NewCorp's 7th Ward Revitalization Project that encompasses the St. Bernard Avenue Commercial Corridor and the LA State designated A. P. Tureaud Cultural District in the 7th Ward: N. Claiborne Avenue to Gentilly Boulevard and St. Bernard Avenue to Elysian Fields Avenue.
