To meet the needs of the homeless population in eastern Maricopa County, the project used NMTC financing for site acquisition, construction and equipping of its third medical respite care facility containing 30,000 SF for 85 medical respite beds, space for clinical and patient living areas, and office space. Patient common outdoor and recreation area will also be included in the project design.
