Construction of a 102,000 sq. ft. Early Childhood Education & Economic Mobility Center out of a long-vacant commercial building. The Center will feature an Economic Mobility Center, a state-of-the-art Early Childhood Education Center, a Housing Connections Center, Counseling Rooms, and Play Therapy spaces, all designed to serve low-income mothers and their children.
