Capital Impact Partners used flexible affordable-housing financing to support three projects in Detroit, Washington, D.C., and Hayward: Casamira Apartments, Worthington Woods, and Depot Community Apartments. Together the projects illustrate preservation, mixed-income rehabilitation, tenant-led acquisition, and new supportive housing approaches.
