West Tremont Senior. proposes 97 units of affordable housing for senior citizens located in the Morris Heights section of the Bronx. 93 of the units are to be studios, with 3 one-bedroom units and 1 two-bed room unit for an on-site superintendent. Additionally, 30 of the units are to be set aside for formerly homeless.
