Brookside Rose Apartments LLC is a refinance of Brookside Village Apartments. The funds will allow for the refinance of the current permanent debt, utilizing OAHTC’s, on this existing USDA/Rural Development (“RD”) property. Some of the funds will also be used by the partnership for reconstruction of Rose Court Apartments, the adjacent property, which was a total loss in the Alameda Fire.
