ECLF provided a $4.2 million acquisition loan to the nonprofit senior housing provider CSI to acquire a 96-unit senior affordable multifamily apartment building in Waldorf, Maryland. The property provides affordable housing for senior households earning between 30 to 80% area median income (AMI) in a low-income area of Charles County.
