Greater Minnesota Housing Fund provided a predevelopment loan to One Roof Community Housing for the rehabilitation of Birchwood Apartments in Grand Marais. The completed project preserves 24 affordable homes while addressing deferred maintenance, water damage, building systems, and resident amenities.
