A community hub that will include a 102-seat childcare center, a senior center, a YMCA providing afterschoold care and recreational programs, and a Univerisity of Vermont extension providing education and resources for helaht, nuturion and community development. The project includes 22 workforce housing units, including 5 units affordable to households at or below 80% AMI and the remaining units targeted to households earning 80–120% AMI, expanding housing options for local workers and families
