Arbor MHP is a 10.18-acre community, with 122 manufactured home spaces and three apartment units, in the Cully neighborhood of Northeast Portland. Cully is one of the few remaining close-in neighborhoods that offers affordable housing to working people, families, and elders. Originally developed in 1944 and expanded in 1968, Arbor MHP is the largest such community in the neighborhood.
