Zephyr Estates provides an important rental opportunity in the small town of Audubon, Minn. MMCDC purchased Zephyr in 2016 and worked with the U.S. Dept. of Agriculture to maintain the affordable rents. Due to the building’s age and condition, MMCDC later undertook a major interior renovation.
