Between 2005 and 2023, there was $677.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $99 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $166.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $311.4 million in consumer lending, $77.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
