Between 2005 and 2023, there was $125.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $42 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $56.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities. 1880 Kimball
The project involves the construction of a 59,000 sq. ft. office building by the Kansas State University Foundation used for corporate incubator and research space in Manhattan, KS. The space includes shared conference rooms, collaborative technology, and event space for tenants along with a portion designated for restaurants.
KSU Incubator
The construction of a 59,000 sq. ft. office building by the Kansas State University Foundation used for corporate incubator and research space in Manhattan, KS.
Smith County Memorial Hospital
The new Smith County Memorial Hospital and Family Practice opened in Smith Center, Kan. The 60,000 sq. ft. building took 16 months to construct and the new facility includes in-patient hospital rooms, an attached primary care clinic, space for visiting specialists to see patients, an emergency room, labor and delivery facilities and space for outpatient procedures, therapy and rehabilitation services.
