Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.2 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $71.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $412.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $611.9 million in consumer lending, $44.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
