Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.1 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $566.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $678.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $319.8 million in consumer lending, $476.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
