Between 2005 and 2023, there was $347.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $85.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $114 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $119.1 million in consumer lending, $27.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
