Between 2005 and 2023, there was $246.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $40.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $127.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $40.8 million in consumer lending, $22.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
