Between 2005 and 2023, there was $619.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $191.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $232.6 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $144.8 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
