Between 2005 and 2023, there was $3.3 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $1.7 billion in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $512.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $118.6 million in consumer lending, $600.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
