Between 2005 and 2023, there was $312.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $71.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $98.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $59.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
