Between 2005 and 2023, there was $428.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $94.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $130.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $136.7 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
