Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $544.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $727.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $340.9 million in consumer lending, $310.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
