Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.3 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $278.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $698.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $1.2 billion in consumer lending, $120.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
