Between 2005 and 2023, there was $688.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $172 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $376.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $59.5 million in consumer lending, $62.1 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
