Between 2005 and 2023, there was $841.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $116.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $464 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $108 million in consumer lending, $143 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
