Between 2005 and 2023, there was $523.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $150.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $197.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $135.7 million in consumer lending, $36.2 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
