Between 2005 and 2023, there was $342.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $62.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $146.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $128.5 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
