Between 2005 and 2023, there was $206.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $98.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $20.6 million in consumer lending, $55 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
