Between 2005 and 2023, there was $745.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $205.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $259.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $85.5 million in consumer lending, $192 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
