Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.5 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $137.6 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $1.1 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $1.1 billion in consumer lending, $105.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
