Between 2005 and 2023, there was $412.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $37.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $129.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $221.3 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
