Between 2005 and 2023, there was $811 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $88.1 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $253.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $153.6 million in consumer lending, $80.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
