Between 2005 and 2023, there was $357.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $42.9 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $176.7 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $116.8 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
