Between 2005 and 2023, there was $100.9 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $41.9 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $22.5 million in consumer lending, $22.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
