Between 2005 and 2023, there was $169.8 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $57.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $46.3 million in consumer lending, $32.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
