Between 2005 and 2023, there was $172.4 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $61.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $58.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $37.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
