Between 2005 and 2023, there was $271.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $81.2 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $73 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $77.5 million in consumer lending, $32.5 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
