Ames Creek Court
Ames Creek is a 30 unit development for seniors located in the foothills of the Cascade Mountains. The project is located close to services and to the local senior center.
Anderlik Manor
Anderlik Manor is a 20-unit multifamily project. It is a singlestory garden apartment that is restricted to elderly age 62 and older. The project is in Lebanon, Oregon and will preserve 20 affordable units for the loan term. The original improvements were built in 1979 and have now been fully renovated. The property has one unsubsidized managers unit. The rest of the units are under a USDA RD project-based contract.
Azimuth 315 Apartments
Azimuth 315 is a new construction project which includes numerous sustainable/green building elements in one elevator served building with 50 units. The project is located in NorthWest Crossing, a 500‐ acre award winning mixed used master planned community on Bend’s west side. The property includes 36 one‐bedroom and 14 two‐bedroom units, with 13 of the units set aside for a special needs population – families served by the Oregon Department of Human Services Child Welfare Program. Common areas include a large community room with warming kitchen, reading/game room, fitness room, internet stations with free internet access, interior bike storage, and laundry rooms on each floor. Outside there is a large terrace with a pagoda, a playground, and a walking path with exercise stations that winds through the property. Units include decks and storage. 
Birch Tree Cooperative
Birch Tree Village is an all—age manufactured dwelling park in Milwaukie, OR, located on a 1.72 acre site south of Portland along the Willamette River. It includes 28 sites (7 manufactured homes and 21 long term RV’s).
Canal Commons One
Canal Commons One is the first phase of a larger development in the northeast quadrant of Bend, adjacent to Pine Nursery Public Park. Phase One includes 48 units (1-, 2- and 3bedrooms) in two 24-unit residential buildings, along with a common area building. Each residential building has a laundry room, and the commons building includes a manager’s office, a community room with a warming kitchen, internet stations with free internet access, a meeting room, and fitness equipment. The property also provides an outdoor patio area, a playground, and raised bed gardens. All units have dishwashers and washer/dryer hook ups are available in the 3-bedroom units.
Canal Commons Two
Canal Commons-2 is a 48-unit apartment community for lowincome families with eighteen 1-bed/1-bath, twenty-two 2-bed /1-bath, and eight 3-bed/2-bath units. CC2 is the second phase of a two-phase project. NOAH also financed the adjacent 48-unit first phase, which was completed in December 2020.
