Between 2005 and 2023, there was $1.7 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $468.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $672.3 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $78.6 million in consumer lending, $457 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
