Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2.3 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $43.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $896.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $1.3 billion in consumer lending, $35.6 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
