Between 2005 and 2023, there was $2 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $90.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $695.5 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $1.1 billion in consumer lending, $29.9 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
