Between 2005 and 2023, there was $692.3 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $219.4 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $162.1 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $80.9 million in consumer lending, $217.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
