Community Health Centers of Oklahoma
Community Health Centers of Oklahoma (CHCO) is a nonprofit organization based in Oklahoma City that operates six Federally Qualified Health Centers offering accessible primary family healthcare services in Oklahoma, Lincoln, Logan, and Pottawatomie Counties. They also operate Healing Hands Health Care Services for individuals experiencing homelessness living in Oklahoma City, the Central Oklahoma Healthy Start Initiative which provides at-risk women with prenatal and postpartum health care, and a WIC food bank and nutrition counseling program.
Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma
The Oklahoma Impact Investing Collaborative provided a line of credit to Legal Aid Services of Oklahoma (LASO) to expand Right to Counsel (RTC) services in Oklahoma City and Tulsa. RTC is a national initiative to provide free legal representation to individuals facing eviction. In 2023, LASO prevented 3,201 evictions in the state with RTC being a significant driver.
Oklahoma State Department of Health & Maycomb Capital Community Outcome Fund
Community Health Workers (CHWs) serve as important connectors to health and social services with the goal of addressing individual health-related needs and providing care navigation. More than 570 studies since 1964 have provided a solid foundation of evidence supporting the impact of CHWs on improved health outcomes.

Positively Paseo is a Community Housing Development Organization (CHDO) with 30 years of experience. An impact loan supported expansion efforts to revitalize distressed neighborhoods in Oklahoma City through affordable housing.
ReMerge & OK Department of Corrections Pay for Success
ReMerge is a nonprofit pre-trial diversion program that serves high-risk, high-needs mothers facing non-violent felony offenses in Oklahoma County.
