Between 2005 and 2023, there was $383.6 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $73.7 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $200.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $100.3 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
