Between 2005 and 2023, there was $198 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $47.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $44.8 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $79.4 million in consumer lending, $22.7 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
