Between 2005 and 2023, there was $268.5 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $68.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $83.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $32.1 million in consumer lending, $63.3 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
