Between 2005 and 2023, there was $315.2 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $45.3 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $95.2 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $160.7 million in consumer lending, with the balance going to other activities.
