Between 2005 and 2023, there was $146.7 million in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $43.8 million in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $51.4 million in housing development and mortgage lending, $38.8 million in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
