Between 2005 and 2023, there was $8.2 billion in total lending from CDFI Fund award recipients, including $4.4 billion in loans to businesses and entrepreneurs, $1.8 billion in housing development and mortgage lending, $212.5 million in consumer lending, $1.4 billion in lending to commercial real estate and community facilities, with the balance going to other activities.
